First deal with the TIE squadrons - they are really going to make things harder for you
unless you do.
When the outpost starts taking damage, keep an eye on the message log for departing
shuttles. You need to locate AA-23 and inspect it. Escort it to hyperspace,
and you are free to fight whoever you wish.
When the outpost starts taking damage, keep an eye on the message log
for departing shuttles. You need to locate AA-23 and inspect it - otherwise
the mission is lost. Escort it to hyperspace, and wait at the rendezvous
point.
As the Redemption shows up, continue escorting the shuttle.
Things wont get difficult until the shuttle has docked, so charge up shields
and weapons. Shortly, the ISDII Subjugator and INT Restrainer will arrive.
Call for reinforcements if you don't feel up to it - that will bring in
Y-Wing Gold Group.
When the Cruiser Liberty arrives to even things up,
you need to concentrate on destroying the INT Restrainer. Order all wingmen
to attack, and then either go on a bombing run yourself, or fly to the
Liberty to reload. Taking out the Restrainer gives a way out for both of your
starships - if you take too long, the Subjudicator will destroy the Liberty.
The Redemption is away from the battle and is safe, so time is of the essence
to save the calamari cruiser. When the Bomber squadrons arrive, use the
attack target type command and deal with as many ships as
possible.
Some players may find the Subjugator attacks the Liberty before
it can get away - if this happens, break off from dogfighting and bomb the
shield generators. By taking out the shields, the subjugator will either
lose the firefight or jump to hyperspace - and both result in a loss of the
remaining starfighters onboard.
