Your first duty should be to inspect the satellites - if a mine accidentally hits one, your mission is over.  After you have inspected them all, start gunning the minefield down with the assistance of your wingman.  Make sure to take down CN/Hgr Xi when you come within range - it should stifle enemy fighter supplies until the Halberd arrives.

Things should move pretty smoothly after you inspect the main array.  The M/CRV Python will jump in to grab the information, and your team will face off with the Halberd.   Be wary of the cruiser, as it packs concussion missiles as well.
