Leave the TIEs to your wingmen and head for the base. The SRS Cruiser is
controlling all of the prototype Starfighters, so you will eventually need to take it out.
However, it is more efficient to concentrate on other ships - most of the prototypes
have yet to leave the hangar.
If you just want to stop the prototypes, first destroy the Hangar containers, followed
by the SRS cruiser, and finally the transports (which are trying to deliver pilots to
the as-of-yet unmanned ETR Suluk group).
