Target the runaway Dreadnaught cruiser so you can make the inspection.  You will probably need to fight off the Assault Gunboat warheads as well, so be prepared to give full power to Lasers.

The cruiser will quickly jump to hyperspace, so follow the buoy.  Once you have made the inspection, head for the level two platform BundiL II in order to engage fighters.
