When you attack craft attempting to steal your cargo containers, feel free to destroy them (use auto-lasers and manual). Its worth points and is easy to do.
If you inspect the cargo containers in an area too quickly, Aeron will jump ahead to the next area, and your primary objective will turn green. Make sure that 100% of containers are inspected before you move on. Prologue:
