Missions don't get much easier than this. You won't have time to attack ships head on, so you can dump lasers to engines right away.
If, for some reason, you still have cargo when you engage enemies, use (Shift + R) to release it. The enemy craft will ignore the container and you will keep it from blowing up in the cross-fire.
When you meet up with the Patrol Enforcer ships, the added speed boost should give you enough time to inspect both craft before they make the jump to hyperspace.
Forget about the fleeing System Patrol Craft that was paid off by the Viraxo - there is no bonus for inspecting or killing the traitor.
